During this one-hour presentation, acclaimed baker and founder of Nomad Bakery, Cheryl Holbert, will demonstrate how to create her Seven Strand Rainbow Challah using only natural ingredients! Recipes for Matcha Green, Turmeric Tahini Yellow, Beet Magenta Red and Butter Fly Pea Blue doughs will be provided in your registration confirmation email. Using a bit of color theory, Cheryl will share how to produce an even broader spectrum of color to create a large, multi-strand bread that’s as vibrantly beautiful as it is delicious.

The workshop will cover dividing and shaping the challah dough from the four recipes provided (plus Cheryl’s additional colors) and braiding the final piece. It's a great experience for beginning bakers and professional bakers alike.
