WINTER CHALLAH BRAID-A-THON - Online Baking Class on January 16

ONE through EIGHT and then some! Join Cheryl Holbert's inspired community of online challah bakers for a whirlwind, virtual BRAID-A-THON that's sure to heat up your baker's table and hone your CHALLAH skills! Using Cheryl's award-winning Signature Challah OR her amazingly versatile Water Challah Recipe we'll braid our way from a single stranded beauty to her favorite, fancy eight strander.

 

Class includes a live Zoom session where students can braid along PLUS a real-time demo with additional multi-strand and double-decker variations. Cheryl's method for building on successive braiding patterns makes this not only doable, but incredibly fun for beginning and experienced challah bakers alike!

SOURDOUGH CHALLAH - Online Baking Class on February 13

It’s the class we’ve been waiting for! Sourdough and yeast bakers alike are sure to be drawn into the wonder of making 100% naturally leavened Sourdough Challah. In this unique instructional approach, Cheryl Holbert shares her step-by-step method for creating wild yeast challah by combining a series of instructional videos with her live Zoom session on Sunday, February 13.
 

You’ll have the opportunity to observe and bake through all phases of the process and join Cheryl on a journey that’s sure to add amazing depth to your challah repertoire. Class includes a discussion about toppings and recipe variations which maximize sourdough’s unique quality and flavor complexity to produce a bread like no other. Open to bakers of all levels ready to launch into a spirited challah adventure!
