Braiding Round Challah - Sunday, September 12

There are few breads more gratifying and delicious to bake than a well-crafted Round Challah.
 

Join me for a virtual class of full circle baking and create my favorite Round Challah shapes and designs! We’ll cover the process from mixing to braiding and finishing, using my time-tested egg and water (vegan) recipes. There will be a special emphasis on harvest ingredients and fillings sure to bring creativity and excitement to your Yom Kippur break-fast and Sukkot – or fall season – celebrations!
 

Follow my instructional video to make my Signature Challah Recipe (with eggs and honey), Water Challah (vegan), OR BOTH and bake along at our live Zoom session September 12, 2:00-3:30 p.m EDT. I’ll teach you tricks for braiding and shaping a variety of designs, along with glazes and unique seed embellishments as we create delicious and artful showstopper pieces.
 

You’ll also receive printable versions of both recipes, in addition to a helpful list of tools and tips sent out the week before class. Our live session will be recorded and shared with attendees.
