Learn the mechanics behind the magic that produces intricately scored artisan loaves. We'll start with a lesson in sourdough culture and development and see how flour from wheat grown on regional small farms provides an ideal canvas for our own imaginative cuts and designs. Sourdough bread lunch included. Open to beginner and advanced sourdough bakers alike.
